"The course itself was fine, but the..."
The course itself was fine, but the training room wasn’t great. It felt cramped and uncomfortable to sit in for a full day, and some of the equipment looked a bit worn out. What got annoying was how many little steps there seemed to be just to get set up or use certain things, plus we ended up waiting around a fair bit. For the price, I just expected the facilities to be smoother and a bit more comfortable.

"Really helpful hands-on training"
I was a bit nervous at first and made sure I didn’t rush into anything before I felt comfortable, but the training ended up being really good. There was plenty of hands-on practice, and the tutor let us go at our own pace, which helped a lot. By the end, I felt much more confident.

"Booking worked, but it was a bit confusing"
I managed to get the booking done in the end, but a few of the steps weren’t very clear. I had to go back and double-check my email afterward just to make sure everything actually went through, which felt a little ridiculous

The class itself was okay, but it felt crowded. There were so many people that it kind of seemed like they were trying to squeeze in as many sign-ups as possible rather than keeping it comfortable for everyone.

"A good pace, but don’t expect to rush through it"
I actually really liked the pace of this course. It never felt like they were trying to cram too much in at once, which was perfect for me, especially doing it after work when my brain was already half-fried.
I could rewatch parts whenever I needed to, and that made a big difference. Just a heads up though, if you’re looking for something super fast or intense, this probably isn’t it. But if you want to finish feeling confident instead of stressed, it’s a solid choice.

"Not gonna lie, the customer service was slow"
Not gonna lie, the course itself was okay, but the customer service kind of dragged the whole experience down. I emailed a few times and the replies took forever, and when they did respond, they didn’t always fully answer what I was asking. It felt like I had to keep chasing things myself, which got frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either.
